Meaning, Nature, Forces for Change- Change Agents- Change Process-Types and forms of Change[1]Models of Change-Resistance to Change – Individual Factors – organisational Factors – Techniques to Overcome Change – Change Programs – Job Redesign.
UNIT III: Organisational Development                                                Â
Introduction – Evolution – Basic Values and Assumptions – Foundations of OD – Process of OD- Managing the Phases of OD- Organisational Diagnosis-Process-Stages- Techniques-Questionnaire, Interview, Workshop, Task-Force-Collecting, Analyzing – Feedback of Diagnostic Information.
