you gave me a wrong book instead of what i ordered you gave me business organisation book by c.d balaji and dr.g.prasad

In previous years question sections, within 30 questions i studied so many of them are given wrong answers.
Eg., Small pox vaccine was invented by John snow.
Baggosis is caused by dust of Jute
MMR vaccine is killed vaccine

I received new edition (2022),but the content & question bank r same as in previous ed.New questions from 2015,2017,2019 are not included in the new edition.just they add MRB 2022 notification and sold me in the name of new edition with extra cost of rs.280

I am still to receive this book “Business Communication “. Please have this delivered as soon as possible. I have paid for it weeks ago.
