MYBOOKSFACTORY’S RETURNS POLICIES

YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  1. Defective (No Minor Folds ) product received
  2. Received an extra item I didn’t buy (No Refund Required)
  3. Wrong item received
  4. Old edition received

Return Window – 5 Days from Delivery Date

Product condition should be new when it is returned

When you place a return request for an order or a part of the order, the seller will authorize your return request if the selected reason for the return request is valid.

Mybooksfactory sellers don’t have the facility for return pickup. You have to send the book back to the seller’s address once your return request is authorized.

If the reason for the return is because of the fault of the seller, the seller will refund the return shipping charges along with the amount paid for the order

In all other cases, only the product cost will the refunded.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Refunds for all eligible Mybooksfactory orders are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The time frame for different payment modes will take a maximum time of 5-7 business days to credit the refund.
