MYBOOKSFACTORY’S CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION FROM CUSTOMERS:
If you have initially ordered for the products, but after some time, you found out that you mistakenly placed an order, it can also be cancelled afterwards. It can only be done before the order is shipped. Once an order is dispatched from our end, it is not possible to cancel the order at this stage.
CANCELLATION FROM MYBOOKSFACTORY SELLER:
Mybooksfactory also holds the right to cancel orders pertaining to special circumstances, even if the order was placed and confirmed initially. There can be multiple reasons due to which we might have to initiate a cancellation.
POSSIBLE REASONS OF MYBOOKSFACTORY INITIATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
- Ordered product is out of stock/print with the publisher.
- Pricing Error
- Unavailability of the ordered products.
- Undeliverable shipping address.
MYBOOKSFACTORY’S RETURNS POLICIES
YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REFUND / REPLACEMENT WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
- Defective product received
- Product damaged, shipping box Good
- Both product and shipping box damaged
- Received extra item I didn’t buy (No Refund Required)
- Item arrived too late
- Wrong item received
When you place a return request for an order or a part of order, seller will authorise your return request if the selected reason for the return request is valid.
Mybooksfactory sellers doesn’t have the facility for the return pickup. You have to send the book back to the seller’s address once your return request is authorised.
If the reason for the return is because of the fault of the seller, seller will refund the return shipping charges along with the amount paid for the order
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
Refunds for all eligible Mybooksfactory orders are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The time frame for different payment modes will take a maximum time of 5-7 business days to credit the refund.
