     Dear Sir,
     a convenience fee of 80 rupees is included in the shipping fee for the government-published book due to high demand and very limited supply.

    Books are new and the experience from ordering to delivery was good but packaging could have been better. The books were slightly damaged on corners due to bad packaging.

    Received only the class 11th book two times and not received the class 12th book..seems like they are accounting to their work.

    Extraordinary Service, a genuine one, where all can buy any books, also i can say better than amazon flipkart to buy books. In my order they had given it on time. Original quality new books..
    Intially i thought its a fake one, i wont get books which i ordered,By having doubt only i booked TN board history books. But they proved me wrong…
