About the Author:
Gaurav S Desai is an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Seth GS Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital and a Consultant Minimal Access and Robotic Surgeon at PD Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai. He is a managing council member of the Mumbai OBGYN Society and has served The Journal of OBGYN of India, receiving several national and international awards for his scientific contributions. Dr. Desai has extensive clinical and academic experience at premier institutes in India and abroad, including Massachusetts General Hospital, the University of California, San Francisco, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (Kochi), and Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai, among others.
